A Will is a legal document in which an individual expresses how they wish their possessions and property to be distributed upon their death.

At Racine Law, we book two appointments for creating your Will. At the initial meeting we take instructions from you on how you would like your possessions distributed and who your trustee(s) will be. Secondly we book a signing meeting with you after the Will has been drafted. At this meeting we go through your Will in detail with you and answer any questions you may have before you sign your Will. After the Will is signed we make a copy of the Will which is given to you for your records and the original signed document is kept safely in a fireproof file cabinet at our office.
